Never before have I had such a positive professional experience purchasing car insurance. Upon arriving, Rodolfo treated me with such kindness and professionalism. He even offered me something cold to drink. He presented several types of policies, giving me the pros and cons of each. He searched for the best price for the coverage I needed. Because of this non-pushy professionalism I also purchased renters insurance. He even found me discounts for all of this. When I have called him with questions he has very graciously taken time with me, never being “put off” that I was taking up his time. Also two or three times I have called, I talked with the ladies in the office. They have the same kindness and professionalism as Rodolfo and are very knowledgeable of the policies.
