"I had a dead battery. I called the dealership where I bought the truck because I am still under warranty and the road side service that they sent out could not jump my truck. I then called State Farm road side service and they were able to get it running. They stayed in contact with me and checked on me to make sure I was in a safe place. Any time i deal with my state farm agent and customer service Anne it is like talking with family."

"I switched to State Farm last year after having a nightmare experience getting a claim going with Allstate after decades of coverage with Allstate. There was little to no coordination/conversation between the provider, tow company, repair shop and car rental. I was the coordinator, but also received different instructions from each of these vendors. I spent hours on the phone. It took a week to get my son into a rental car. After his car was totaled, it took over 2 weeks to receive the settlement, but the rental needed to be returned. When my son contacted Allstate for status, he was told that they were missing information on the claim. They didn’t let us know that while my inconvenience. Wow son was looking for a check everyday and needing to purchase another car. That’s an example of what happens when an insurance provider drops every ball. By contrast! I recently had an incident in a parking lot, my fault. I made 1 (return!) call to State Farm. They had contacted me the same day on a Sunday. Everything was immediately set in motion on Monday. Each vendor contacted ME to coordinate. Within a day I was able to drop my car off at the shop and was picked up right away by Enterprise. A very nice rental was waiting. So seamless! STATE FARM!!! 5 stars!"
