"I’ve been with State Farm since I received my permit 27 years ago. We use them for auto and home owner’s insurance. My family has always used them. We were customers of Randy McCoy until he retired and could not be happier with Rodolfo and his team. They made the transition seamless and are always so helpful. Ms. Anne Stephens is a godsend. She is the kindest, sweetest, most helpful and supportive person. She’s an asset to this office and I am so grateful to have her available to help with my insurance needs. She always takes such good care of me and truly knows how to treat clients, especially when dealing with traumatic accidents - both a near fatal one for my husband and one for myself as well. I tell anyone who’ll listen to use this office for everything. I know I don’t ever have to worry if something happens because I know I always have Anne and my State Farm team at my back."

I love State Farm, and even though I am sure there are companies that could save me a penny or two, I’m a loyal customer and am here to stay. Updating Review: I missed my bill on accident, called up Rodolfo, and got fantastic customer service as always. Everyone is always polite and cordial. I have had Geico before, and they were good, but didn’t care as much as these people do. I have also had Progressive before, and I can tell you without a doubt that State Farm is just better. "Never before have I had such a positive professional experience purchasing car insurance. Upon arriving, Rodolfo treated me with such kindness and professionalism. He even offered me something cold to drink. He presented several types of policies, giving me the pros and cons of each. He searched for the best price for the coverage I needed. Because of this non-pushy professionalism I also purchased renters insurance. He even found me discounts for all of this. When I have called him with questions he has very graciously taken time with me, never being “put off” that I was taking up his time. Also two or three times I have called, I talked with the ladies in the office. They have the same kindness and professionalism as Rodolfo and are very knowledgeable of the policies."
